Note - when replacing the drive it is easiest to put the screws back into the drive holes first, then locate the assembly back into the frame (because its difficult to put the screws back in without a magnetic screwdriver). The ribbon cable can be disconnect from the DVD drive - carefully release the ribbon cable grip (tiny brown sliver of plastic) and pull out the cable. Re-assembly is the reverse process.
