Geoff Are u able to enter service mode by pressing FREEZE & SILENCE button during bootup. Go into service mode & see any bad values like voltage, offsets etc. I am trying to call my freind but same here due to ramadan every one is hard to find:-) Sorry for this. I will try my best. Actually i have given manual to my teacher & he is in UK now.
